Lipomas, Neck Pain, High Triglyceride Levels, and AO Compensation

Question:
My husband served in vietnam, He was exposed to Agent Orange. He has suffered several removals of large lipomas and has countless more. He suffers from muscle aches, neck pain very high triglyceride levels, which keeps rising. He is 50 but feels 90. Every day is a battle. He also suffers from high blood pressure, loss of teeth. Doctors have no answers. Does any of this sound like something you've heard from other vets? Please respond. My husband is receiving care at a V.A. facility but is not receiving any kind of compensation.

Answer:
The type of lymphoma that he has, is it called non-Hodgkin's lymphoma? If so, he should be entitled to compensation. What is his percentage of disability? Have you asked the VA about compensation? They may not volunteer this information, so you may have to ask. Don't be embarassed to ask, just step up and ask. Also, have you asked about a second opinion? Anyone, everyone should be entitled to a second medical opinion from another doctor.
