I need your help in spreading rhe word. Agent Orange is now officially a DEAD issue. The DVA is finally paying Service-Connection for exposure to Agent Orange and Gulf War related injuries and conditions. I got my Compensation Examination comming up on the 16th and 24th of February 1999 and there is no reason why everybody else who have been suffering should not be getting theirs also unless they have refused to file their claim under the Gardner decision.
We are now pushing for our disability payments to be paid back to the date of our discharge which we are entitled to by the Law, using Gardner. The VA is still trying to hold fast to the Code of Federal Regulations which denies us our right to receive our payments back to the date of our discharge but we are forcing the to abide by the Laws as written in the United States Code. The USC is the LAW while the CFR is not Law. The USC is more Veteran friendly while the CFR is Veteran abusive and is stacked against all Veterans. Also the VA ia not required to abide by the CFR. The CFR is written by the VA for VA employees. The US Code is passed by the Congress and signed by the President and it is THE LAW.
If you know of anybody who has a claim pending please forward this to them. If you know of anyone who is going for a Compensation Examination or who has already had a Compensation Examination please forward this so they too can get their Back Pay to the date of their discharge.

We have both form letters posted on our website on the second page about half way down the page. You can't miss them their links are in big bold orange print.
I've got mine using the Gardner Decision and there is no reason why every other Veteran should not be getting theirs also.
