How to Eliminate Automatic Resizing
When in Internet Explorer, click on TOOLS, OPTIONS, ADVANCED, and under MUltimedia, make sure that the election "Enable Automatic Resizing" is NOT selected. If there's a checkmark next to it, click on it to remove it, then click on the APPLY button at the bottom of the window. To re-install this feature, simply checkmark this election and click on APPLY.
