Spence Doors was established in 1951 and has approximately 260 employees. The main office is located in Melbourne, Australia.
Sales for 2019 are expected to reach about AUD 67 million (approx. SEK 435 million) and the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from start.

Earnings per share amounted to SEK 2.15 (1.88)
Operating cash flow remained strong and amounted to SEK 4,876 M (4,620)
Nico Delvaux has been appointed as the new President and CEO of ASSA ABLOY with effect from 15 March 2018
The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 3.30 (3.00) per share for 2017.
