The Ungodly ACLU At It Again
18 September 2003

The American Civil Liberties Union said it was filing suit to force officials in Barrow County, Ga., to remove a parchment inscription of the Ten Commandments from a rural courthouse. County officials have vowed to keep the 3-by-4-foot framed display.

And here we go again, the Communistic, Socialistic among us trying to force their ungodly agenda upon ALL of America without the vote of Congress behind it. Clearly, if the Congress does not do something soon about this, America will no longer be "under God," but it will instead become the object of wrath by God.

The judicial system in this country is out of control. A good judge, like Roy Moore, former chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, has had his life turned upside down because of his committment to the Constitution of these United States of America, as well as the Alabama State Constitution, as well as to the Most High.

You say you don't believe in God? My friend, I understand how you might not agree with Roy Moore or millions of other Americans, but the fact is, this nation was founded upon the Judeo Christian ethic, which centers on the Ten Commandments. If you allow the ACLU, in collusion with the judicial system of this country, to continue this practice of violating the first amendment--to which the Bill of Rights refers in the 1st Amendment--then they will continue to undermine everything else in this country that stands for decency.

Factually, the First Amendment clearly forbids government from making any law that sanctions any particular "religion" or that should abridge the expression of religion by the citizens of this country. The judicial system is a government entity, the third branch of the federal government, in fact. Our judges are routinely passing laws by way of their judicial decisions that do just this. Isn't it time that all of us ask the Congress of these United States to step in and pass laws that protect the mention of God, not orgnanized religion, in government places? After all, our motto as a nation is "One Nation Under God," no matter what the ungodly judicial would like it to be. Congress made it so, and the judicial is working to circumvent the will of the Congress that passed it in the 1950s.

AMENDMENT 1: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

If most of you who disagree with this were to know the names and nature of those individuals and groups from which the ACLU sprung, you would probably better understand the possibility of a hidden mandate under which this group might still operate. Perhaps there are lower level folks working for the ACLU who also are not privy to this possibility, and so they continue to promote an agenda they know nothing about.

Soon you will be able to read in some detail the sordid business of just how the ACLU came to exist. As I always say, keep on watching; and you can always report what you see to GKO. Send your report via e-mail to our Editor, Albert Coggs. Do that by sending it to
