In light of the recent school shooting in Littleton, Colorado, it should be painfully obvious that some of society's children are in deep, deep trouble. In the news media, in Littleton, it was pointed out that the attire the two boys wore included combat boots, black clothing and a black trenchcoat.
One student who witnessed the event said that the two shooters acted like what they were doing was "way cool," laughing and having the time of their lives as they exploded pipe bombs and shot innocent people. In the end, they turned their own guns upon themselves, ending what could have been long, productive lives. Almost sounds like a movie, doesn't it?
The day they picked was Hitler's birthday. To celebrate, instead of throwing a party, they threw pipe bombs and lead. What on earth went through those two boys' minds as they prepared for this day, a day that will go down in history. Their legacy, Lord only knows. One thing is for sure, these two young men now know there is a God, and we should spend equal time in prayer over their eternity as we are concerning those who perished, the survivors, and their friends.
Let us remember that these two young men are just as much victims as the innocent people they fatally shot and wounded. Please read on....
