Below is the text of a PROPOSED bill in Congress which will implement PDD 71 a s well as implement other U.N.-NWO directives. This bill (H.R. 4453) is proof that we no longer have a government of "We the People" of the United States under the Constitution. Below you will find the LAW that this bill was written under - and it is simply called the RULE OF LAW.
Remember Janet Reno kidnapped Elian Gonzalez with a federal "swat" team from JTF-6 Ft Bliss TX under the RULE OF LAW . She got by with it. WHY? Because Congress is abiding by the same NWO RULE OF LAW.
This network put out a three-part explanation of what the RULE OF LAW is, where it came from, etc., etc., on June 2, 2000. If you did not receive it, please request it and READ IT AGAIN.
I am sorry, but if you are NOT awake now, you will never be. This is not a RUMOR, or a cute little story. THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS. Congress has numerous bills that mentions the RULE OF LAW. Coincidence? No! They know what it is and they know that we are now under a GLOBAL GOVERNMENT and probably have been for a LONG TIME.
Please don't ask ME why the American men are sitting by and allowing this to happen. I have been asking this for a LONG time. So get used to the RULE OF LAW. The Constitution is GONE. READ ON!!!
