COMBAT ARMS SURVEY

The attack on the United States is taking place on many levels of government. Among them is the United States Armed Forces. In early 1996, I learned from a Marine officer about the Combat Arms Survey. According to him, Marines on his base were given the survey and more than 90% of them answered to the negative when it came to question 46.

What is question 46?

Questions 1 through 7 deal with demographics. Questions 8 through 17 deal with U.S. troops in nontraditional operations within the United States. The intent is to find out just how many military personnel that would willingly serve within the United States and under what conditions that they would serve.

Questions 18 through 23 deal with U.S. combat personnel serving in other countries under U.S. command where questions 24 through 30 involved U.S. combat personnel under U.N. command.

Questions 31 through 45 deal with combat personnel serving under various scenarios. And Question 46 is the big one that deals with U.S. combat troops firing upon U.S. citizens. Do you want me to repeat that? COMBAT PERSONNEL WERE ASKED IF THEY WOULD FIRE UPON U.S. CITIZENS.

Do I really believe that?

Well, I had no reason at the time to doubt it, but since I wasn't there, and since it was the first time I'd heard about it, I didn't get all that excited about it. Of course, seeing it in print does something to you, and that came to pass on March 27, 1997 when a retired Army officer faxed me a transcribed copy of the Combat Arms Survey.

Are you interested in seeing a reproduced copy of this document in HTML format? First, the following is the opening paragraph written by who ever transcribed and made this document available:

Recently, United States military personnel were asked to complete questionnaires relating to their willingness to serve in nontraditional missions. (President Clinton signed over co-control of United States Armed Forces to the United Nations on May 3, 1994, under Executive Order PPD-25.) The questions that were asked seemed to be the basis for future use of military personnel. If this is so, then please review the following and pay special attention to question 46.
