EDITORIAL: I've been saying for a long, long time that the politicians in bed with big business will run the country. Under the Bush administration, he wants to get rid of 80-90% of the Government workers and contract out their jobs. On the surface, most Americans think that Government workers are lazy and non-producers (and in some cases they are) but if you contract out all the jobs, the businesses who win the contracts will suck the U.S. taxpayer dry. Also, the "kick backs" to politicians for favors is not just an illusion. It goes on all the time. In other words, the big businesses will control American. Just look how the big businesses have left the country, leaving the U.S. worker unemployed and they get richer. Have you noticed that the tax laws (and other laws) favor the businesses moving out of the country, hire cheap labor, less environmental laws, and more profit. The CEOs and other board members are decadent in their glutinous, insatiable riches and the American worker is getting screwed. Of course, the American people (those not unemployed) could not care any less because they get cheaper materialistic goods. Now, on the table by our "so called representatives" is this initiative (please read this carefully): By Dan Morgan and Albert B. Crenshaw Washington Post Staff Writers Sunday, December 5, 2004 Page A06: JT Adams |
| POSITION STATEMENT The Giant Killers Organization web site is dedicated to the cause of freedom, here in the United States as well as across the world. GKO members may not agree on all points, but the one thing that we do agree on is the fact that Globalization is the commonality between Left and Right, thus no matter which party of choice you vote for, a vote for a Democrat or a Republican becomes an automatic vote for a waning economy, fleeing industrial jobs, and less control at the local level. Isn't it time for a third-party solution? |
